Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
Good coordinator & involve drawings.
Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
Interpret survey data and compile notes, sketches, and records of survey results.
Determine property boundaries and provide data for construction, land development, and legal documentation.
Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction managers to support project planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Operate and maintain survey equipment and tools.
Perform quality control checks and ensure the accuracy of all survey data.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS to process survey data and generate plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
Minimum
4 years of experience
in land surveying or a related discipline.
Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., GPS, total station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
Strong understanding of land use laws, property boundaries, and zoning regulations.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Valid driver's license (if fieldwork is required).
Professional surveyor license (PLS) or equivalent certification is a plus.
