Albanna Raed is urgently hiring a
Land Surveyor
with3-5 years of experience
in construction surveying usingTotal Station
andGPS instruments
. The candidate should be animmediate joiner
with strong technical skills and familiarity with UAE site conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Perform land and topographic surveys for construction sites using Total Station, GPS, and other surveying tools. Mark and set out construction lines, levels, and coordinates as per project drawings. Prepare survey reports, sketches, and documentation. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and alignment of construction works. Conduct as-built surveys and submit records as required. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum
3 to 5 years of experience
in land surveying in the UAE. Proficiency in usingTotal Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software
. Knowledge of site layout, leveling, and construction benchmarks. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Immediate availability
