Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced

Land Surveyor

to join our team for construction projects in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site surveying, setting out works, and preparing accurate survey reports. You will play a key role in ensuring that all site works are executed according to design, layout, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct topographic and boundary surveys for construction sites. Set out construction works including roads, foundations, utilities, and structural elements. Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels to collect accurate data. Prepare and maintain detailed survey records, drawings, and reports. Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations. Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and project managers on survey-related matters. Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure alignment with survey benchmarks and tolerances. Assist in resolving technical and site issues related to survey discrepancies. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations during fieldwork.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry (UAE experience preferred). Proficient in using surveying tools and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS, Civil 3D). Strong understanding of construction layout and survey procedures. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all survey tasks.
