Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a

minimum of 5 years of experience

in land surveying, preferably within the UAE or GCC region, and should be proficient in using modern surveying instruments and techniques for construction and piling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land and topographic surveys for project planning, design, and construction. Set out levels, coordinates, and reference points for piling and structural works. Perform precise measurements using total stations, GPS, levels, and other survey equipment. Verify and validate as-built conditions and prepare accurate survey reports. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure surveying tasks are completed as per schedule. Maintain records of all survey data, measurements, and calculations. Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements. Support in preparing and reviewing drawings, plans, and maps. Monitor and check subcontractors' survey works for accuracy.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in land surveying, preferably in construction or piling projects. Proficient in using total station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software. Strong understanding of construction drawings, levels, and coordinates. Excellent attention to detail and mathematical accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with piling or foundation contractors. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality and other authority requirements. UAE driving license is an advantage.
