Job Summary:
The
Land Surveyor
is responsible for conducting site surveys, assessing topographical features, and preparing accurate measurements to support landscaping projects. This role ensures precise land assessments, boundary determinations, and elevation mapping to aid design, construction, and maintenance efforts.Key Responsibilities:
Site Survey & Data Collection:
Conduct
topographical, boundary, and contour surveys
for landscaping projects. Utilize surveying equipment such asGPS, Total Station, and Auto Level
to measure land features. Prepare detailedsurvey reports, maps, and technical drawings
based on field data. Ensure accuracy inmeasurements, elevations, and site conditions
before project execution.Project Coordination & Compliance:
Collaborate with
landscape architects, engineers, and construction teams
to provide essential site data. Verify survey results against project designs and specifications for alignment. Ensure compliance withlocal land use regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols
. Assist in resolvingland disputes, boundary assessments, and zoning compliance
issues.Technical Analysis & Documentation:
Maintain
survey logs, reports, and digital records
for project documentation. UtilizeAutoCAD, GIS, and other mapping software
to develop technical drawings. Provide recommendations based onland grading, drainage patterns, and soil conditions
. Support project teams withaccurate site layouts, staking, and setting out
.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
. Extensive experience inland surveying, preferably in landscaping or construction
. Proficiency insurveying instruments, AutoCAD, GIS, and mapping tools
. Strong knowledge ofland measurement techniques, legal boundary regulations, and environmental considerations
. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
