Job Description

Apex Geospatial/ Apex Surveys (apexsurveys.com/ apexsurveys.ie)

is a leading international survey and mapping firm. We utilise advanced technologies such as

LIDAR UAV, Mobile Mapping, and terrestrial laser scanning

to support projects in

buildings, roads, and infrastructure

. Our deliverables include

REVIT, AutoCAD, MicroStation

, and similar formats.

We are currently seeking a

Survey Data Processors

with expertise in

laser scanning/LIDAR

to join our

office in Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

two years of relevant experience

and a strong background in

point cloud processing and data registration

.

Key Responsibilities:



Importing and managing

LIDAR data

on company servers.

Analyzing, merging, and registering

Point Cloud data using

Leica Cyclone, Leica Core, and Leica 360

. Conducting

quality assurance (QA)

of registered Point Clouds to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Drafting

of survey deliverables.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree

in surveying, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Minimum

two years of experience

in a similar role.

Expertise in processing Point Cloud data

, including registration and extraction. General knowledge of

laser scanning processes and capture techniques

. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

. Excellent

English communication skills

(written and spoken). Self-motivated and capable of working both

independently and in a team environment

. Strong

attention to detail

and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
