Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the company's land portfolio to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive activities, and potential land acquisition opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and government authorities.
Negotiate high-value land transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage and lead the land sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Coordinate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for land projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of zoning regulations, land valuations, and market dynamics.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in land sales, real estate investment, or property development, with at least
3 years
in a managerial role.
Strong network of industry contacts and proven ability to close high-value deals.
In-depth understanding of land valuation, zoning laws, and market analysis.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team and work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
UAE real estate experience is highly preferred (if applicable).
