Job Description
Ordering bread stock in liaises with Purchasing Manager; Keep a constant check of brot. article levels; Maintaining required records, such as inventory, article counts etc; Accompanying of food truck when bread is sold; Maintaining the equipment of the food truck including refrigerator, stove, prep table and cookware; Receiving delivery and check quality of the products; Forecasting of levels of demand for products and services in liaises with Purchasing Manager; Monitoring of the quality of brot. articles and updates the Purchasing Manager; Maintaining complete paperwork according to andiamo! requirements; Keeping records of supplies and purchases, as applicable; Carrying out all other duties, as assigned by the Managing Partner. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month
