We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Female Clinic Manager

to lead the daily operations of our clinic. UAE Experience must. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, insurance empanelment, team supervision, and business development. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Empanelment:

Handle end-to-end empanelment process with insurance companies and TPAs. Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure smooth claim processing. Liaise with insurance representatives for renewals and issue resolution.

Staff Management:

Create and manage staff duty rotas and shift schedules. Supervise front desk, nursing, and support staff. Ensure high levels of performance, training, and staff satisfaction.

Sales & Revenue:

Manage and lead the sales/marketing team to drive patient footfall. Work closely with doctors and the management team to identify new revenue streams. Implement promotional strategies and partnerships to increase clinic visibility.

Operations:

Monitor and improve patient experience and clinic workflows. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain inventory, handle vendor management, and oversee procurement.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic or hospital management. Proven knowledge of

insurance empanelment

procedures. Experience in managing

staff duty rosters

and scheduling. Strong

sales and marketing acumen

in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Female candidates only (as per job requirement).
