Job Type : Full Time
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Clean the outside area of villas: outside entrance, floor, doors, windows (outside part), storages, garages, sidewalks, outside kitchen, etc.
o Clean the outside furniture: bench, tables, umbrellas, lights, sofas, and plant.
o Clean balconies and terrace around all the villas.
o Clean cars of owner and guests.
o Provide help when food is delivered to villas to bring it to the kitchen.
o Notify managers of necessary repairs or security issues in outside area.
o Collect and dispose of trash in the outside area.
o Keep their working space clean and tidy, and accommodation and rest area.
o Escort any outside company while operating outside and inside properties.
o Deliver excellent customer service if interaction with owner or guests.
o Check stocking levels of all products used and stocked in storage under their supervision.
o Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
o For gardener: in charge of pool side, garden, plants, fallen leaves, flowers.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
o High school degree or equivalent
o Experience as labour for 1 year.
o Experience as gardener for 1 year.
o Labour hard skills including car washing, window cleaning, outside floor cleaning, etc.
o For gardener: Knowledge of plants, and specific furniture used for garden.
o Attention to details.
o Verbal communication.
o Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
o Prioritisation and time management skills.
o Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
o Exceptional listening.
o Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
oWillingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
