Labour Recruiter & Social Media Assistant Our company, established in 2012 in Dubai, is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic female HR Recruiter to join our team immediately. We have the perfect job for you! Your main responsibility would be to source and recruit on daily basis suitable candidates to add to our private database of housemaids and nannies available in the UAE and Qatar. We offer the screened housemaids and nannies to households for hire. You will be using Facebook groups, job boards, or any other social platforms to creatively post job ads to attract candidates. You should be a result-driven salesperson, capable of engaging and securing candidates to achieve daily and monthly candidates profile targets. \xc2\xb7 Attract qualified housemaid and nanny applicants to list on our database. \xc2\xb7 Manage recruitment outreach on various social media and job board platforms \xc2\xb7 Identify tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching various target audiences within the housemaid and nanny categories. \xc2\xb7 Inform and persuade prospective candidates about listing their profiles on the company\xe2\x80\x99s recruitment platform. \xc2\xb7 Source the required candidate info to create candidate profiles for upload in our database. Required Experience \xc2\xb7 Previous working experience for (1-2 years) years in Recruiting, Human Resources \xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of Social Media Posting and Marketing (1-2) year \xc2\xb7 Sales experience is a strong plus (1-2 years) \xc2\xb7 A good knowledge of UAE laws in terms of hiring maids and sponsorship regulation is a strong plus Required Skills - Proficient in Tagalog - Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods - Excellent knowledge and working experience of marketing and posting on social media platforms in particular Facebook - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Creative thinker and proactive problem solver Expected Start Date: Urgent Position - Applicants should be available to work immediately.
