Key Responsibilities:
Labor Coordination:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the labor force, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
Scheduling:
Allocate tasks and manage work schedules for the labor team, ensuring all assignments are completed on time.
Team Management:
Provide direction and leadership to the laborers, maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe working environment.
Logistics Support:
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and other logistical needs for laborers.
Reporting:
Maintain daily records of attendance, and other relevant data.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between laborers and management, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth communication.
Other Duties:
Perform other labor-related tasks as needed and assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Language:
Proficiency in
Hindi

Experience:
At least 1 year in labor coordination or a similar role.
