Job Summary:



The Labour / Helper will assist skilled workers, site supervisors, and project teams in various construction and fit-out activities. The role involves performing general site duties, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and supporting tradesmen to ensure smooth and safe work operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist carpenters, masons, painters, electricians, and plumbers with daily site tasks. Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the worksite. Mix and prepare materials such as cement, plaster, or paint when required. Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leaders. Support installation, fixing, and dismantling works as directed. Observe all safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any unsafe conditions or damages immediately to the supervisor. Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and materials after work.

Requirements:



Physically fit and able to perform manual labor. Basic understanding of site safety and work discipline. Prior experience in construction, interior fit-out, or maintenance projects preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. Willingness to work in different site locations across Dubai as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
