Job Description
Skills needed for Laborers: Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. Operate equipment such as forklifts, bulldozers, and other machinery. Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly manner. Assist skilled workers in construction, maintenance, or other related projects. Load and unload materials from trucks, and move materials to designated areas. Mix and apply concrete, asphalt, and other materials. Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and repairing equipment. Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with co-workers. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while performing physically demanding tasks.
