We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented

Laboratory Sales Specialist

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, and services to research institutions, hospitals, educational facilities, and industrial laboratories across the region.

Essential Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of

1 year of proven sales experience

in the laboratory, scientific, medical devices, or healthcare industry.

Driving License:

A valid UAE

Driving License is mandatory

(a must-have requirement) to effectively cover the assigned territory and meet clients.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or similar) is preferred.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with common laboratory equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers, centrifuges, PCR machines) and consumables is a significant advantage.

Location:

Current residence in or willingness to relocate to Dubai/UAE.

Communication:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for the designated product portfolio and territory (Dubai and Northern Emirates).

Market Development:

Proactively identify and acquire new clients (laboratories, R&D centers, quality control units) through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing excellent after-sales support and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Product Expertise:

Maintain up-to-date, in-depth technical knowledge of all products, specifications, and competitive advantages to effectively consult with clients.

Proposal Generation:

Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and tender responses tailored to client requirements.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback to the management team.

Reporting:

Accurately manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and activities using the company's CRM system and submit regular reports.
