Job Description

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and experienced Lab Manager

to lead and oversee the daily operations of our laboratory. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards while optimizing workflow efficiency and maintaining high-quality testing standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and a deep understanding of laboratory protocols and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

day-to-day laboratory operations

, ensuring smooth workflow and resource optimization Manage

staff schedules

, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high productivity and accuracy Ensure

compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

, including local UAE guidelines Develop, implement, and monitor

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Laboratory Science

Biology

Chemistry

, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience in the UAE

2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
