Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Lab Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain laboratory efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in lab management and quality control.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily lab operations, staff schedules, and workflows. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Supervise and train lab staff to maintain high performance. Oversee quality control and implement standard operating procedures. Manage the lab budget, inventory, and vendor coordination. Maintain accurate documentation and generate required reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field. years of (UAE) lab experience is mandatory , including 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of lab equipment, procedures, and quality standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
