Your Responsibilities

Oversee and manage high-throughput sequencing workflows, including WES, PGS, PGD, and NIPT library preparation. Lead daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, proper inventory management, and timely delivery of genetic test results (TAT). Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and DHA regulatory requirements in all laboratory processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (scientists, clinicians, bioinformaticians) to support clinical diagnostics and research projects. Contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory protocols and workflows to enhance performance and scalability. Provide strategic input on laboratory resource planning, technology adoption, and overall process improvements.

Your profile

Master's degree in Biotechnology, Genetics, or another Life Science discipline. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in high-throughput sequencing library preparation, including WES, PGS, PGD, and NIPT protocols. Demonstrated experience in managing laboratory operations, including inventory control and turnaround time (TAT) for genetic tests. Proven ability in training, mentoring, and evaluating team members, while ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Valid DHA license to work in a molecular genetics laboratory. Experience working in compliance with CLIA, CAP, and ISO 15189 regulations will be considered an asset.
