We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated

Laboratory Manager

with a background in the

manufacturing or plastic industry

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee laboratory operations, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of the laboratory. Oversee product testing, sampling, and quality control processes. Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.). Develop and maintain laboratory SOPs and safety protocols. Analyze test results and provide technical reports to production and management teams. Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams. Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff. Maintain laboratory equipment and manage calibration schedules. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and inspections.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a similar role within the

UAE plastic or manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of plastic raw materials, additives, and physical/chemical testing. Familiarity with industry standards and laboratory best practices. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
