Position Summary Reporting to the Factory QA Manager, you are responsible for managing and providing supervision to the Quality Control Analytical Laboratory, which provides testing support in raw material, finished bulk and product release testing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead, train, motivate and develop capabilities of your team. A day in the life of a Laboratory Supervisor Monitor RM Compliance by ensuring execution of RM Monitoring Plan. Monitor FP Compliance by establishing, updating and ensuring execution of FP Monitoring Plan. Verify all Quality and Food Safety aspects before daily Release of RM, FP and Packs with regards of all Nestlé and regulatory standards. Manage all QM module in terms of updating and troubleshooting. Analyze and suggest continuous improvement actions - Nonconformities closure Establish, update and coordinate QMS in all factory processes and ensure reliability with SAP Inspection lot. Train End user on all subjects related to SAP QM module and QMS. Establish and consolidate all Quality KPI's with complete follow-up. Promote quality awareness across the company; contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals across the Organisation. Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program (Q-Pillar) in the quest for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses), DMAIC. Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions, specifications and standards. Support the delivery of training for specific areas of concern to the required operating units. Conduct annual NGLP assessment and ensure compliance to all NGLP requirements. Participate in assessment of the Nestlé Quality Management System and verify if systems in place are obtaining expected results in each operating unit. Ensure P-Test compliance. Organizes all analytical work to ensure precise and efficient analyses in safe work conditions. Monitor and perform checks and controls to achieve and maintain continuously high standards and reliability of analytical work. Monitor and control overall costs related to laboratory analytical work and outsourced analysis in different NQAC's & external laboratories to maintain full alignment with defined budget. Implement and train analyst on new analytical methods and all related NGLP. Identify critical points in laboratory methods that could be a potential source of wrong analysis result, establish a corrective/preventive plan to keep it under control and ensure automatic update as per Nescat published Laboratory instructions. Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to Laboratory operations to ensure high level of quality in using the designed system. Define, update and check Microbiology Internal Control Plan. Prevent any possibility for the occurrence of any Quality accidents.

What will make you successful Master's degree or equivalent (preferred food science related). Minimum 5 years experiences with Lab experience in performing analyses in the specific area of competence. Demonstrated analytical background, or laboratory exposure, or Deputy Head of laboratory. Must have experience in a factory: Quality, Production Support, Application Group. Experience in successfully implementing Quality Assurance program.
