Job Description
Carry out Mechanical Testing i.e., Tensile Test, Brinell, Vickers, Webster and hardness test.
Conduct CMM Measurement, Surface Roughness etc.
Sample Preparation of Aluminium Profiles for the Required Tests.
Knowledge on Metallurgical Sample Preparations and Microscope.
Process monitoring for extrusions process and ageing oven survey.
Knowledge on Thermal Process Monitoring.
Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgy required.
