Job Details:
Run tests to identify and quantify compounds in samples using specialized laboratory techniques and equipment. Manipulate chemical and biological samples, ensuring proper preparation for analysis through extraction, dilution, or filtration procedures. Use and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper operation. Analyze and evaluate data obtained from experiments and tests, interpreting results to draw relevant conclusions. Record procedures, results, and observations meticulously. Prepare detailed reports and documentation adhering to laboratory standards and regulations. Follow established safety protocols for handling substances, maintaining a safe work environment, and minimizing risks. Collaborate in scientific research projects, participating in designing and executing experiments to develop new analysis methods or improve existing ones. Participate in quality assurance programs, conducting controls and verifications to guarantee the precision and reliability of analysis results.
Job Experience:
- University Degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Analyst.
- Knowledge in Microbiological Analysis.
- Familiarity with quality standards.
- Microsoft Office skills required.
- Ability to work as a team, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Critical thinking and proactivity.
