Labor Supervisor
to oversee and manage labor operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams, ensuring productivity, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline.
Report daily progress and issues to management.
Assist in training new laborers and improving team efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
