The Labor Foreman will oversee and manage a crew of laborers on various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers and tradespeople on-site.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and quality of work.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Manage tools, materials, and equipment necessary for each project.
