Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

Graphic Designer

with

3-5 years of experience

in

label design and prepress production

, specifically within

flexographic and offset label printing

environments. The ideal candidate will combine creative design ability with strong technical knowledge of print processes to produce high-quality, production-ready artwork that meets client, regulatory, and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop product labels

and packaging artwork from concept to print-ready stage.

Prepare and finalize artwork

according to

flexographic and offset printing specifications

, ensuring correct color separations, dielines, trapping, and bleed. Collaborate closely with

sales, production, and prepress teams

to ensure all designs meet print feasibility and cost-efficiency standards. Perform

file setup and preflight checks

for print accuracy, including barcodes, variable data, and material compatibility.

Manage multiple design projects

under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency. Ensure all artwork complies with

brand guidelines

industry standards

, and

regulatory labeling requirements

. Communicate effectively with

print vendors and press operators

to ensure accurate color matching, press proofs, and final output quality. Maintain a well-organized

digital asset library

and version control system for artwork files. Stay current with

new printing technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience

in

label or packaging design

, specifically for

flexographic and offset printing

. Advanced proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of

color theory

,

Pantone color systems

,

spot color usage

, and

print production workflows

. Proven experience creating

print-ready files

with correct dielines, bleed, and trapping. Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout precision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
