Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced L3 Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Aruba wireless solutions, Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Additionally, experience with the ServiceNow tool is essential for this role. The L3 Network security Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Cisco routers, switches, and Palo Alto/ Cisco firewalls

o Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Aruba wireless networks.

o Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues promptly.

Utilize the ServiceNow tool for incident management and service requests.

Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with best practices.

Collaborate with other IT teams to support network-related projects.

Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Router, switches and firewalls,

o Proven experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.

Experience with the ServiceNow tool for incident and service management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Relevant certifications

CCNP, CCIE, Aruba Certified are a plus.
