The Technology Engineer - End User Computing is responsible to support the different end user computing service lines, she/he needs to be forward thinking, Innovative and creative ways to assist in building new edge computing service, cross-functionally and work with different teams to define, execute and manage mobility solutions. Provide necessary knowledge base, FAQs and SOPs for evaluated solution including L3 support.
Essential Job Requirements

• Technology expert on the following: -
• Windows OS and Mac OS Life Cycle Management
• InTune Administration with Analytics and Reporting
• MS Config Manager skills on packaging, deployment
• AD/Azure AD skills on users and machine management, Group Policies
• M365 Suits (Office Products, ATP, Defender)
• Q-Management and Media Player Solution
• Virtualization - Hypervisor, VDI, AppV/ThinApp (Microsoft, VmWare Horizon, Citrix etc.)
• Good knowledge on Thin Client hardware and software solution
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge in PowerBI, MIS reporting
• JamF Pro, MAC device management
• Good scripting skills on VBS, WMI, PowerShell, Python
• Sound knowledge on ATM/CDM technologies, Hardware, OS
• Overall Security fundamentals on Edge computing
• MCSA/CCNA/MCDST/Azure certified
• ITIL / Agile Scrum foundation framework
• Work closely with third-party vendors for testing and product evaluation
• Assist in delivering communication & collaboration product road map, strong working experience and in-depth knowledge on multiple platforms, third party tools, evaluate software solution, up to date industry knowledge on edge computing hardware and software
• Able to provide L2/L3 technical support and help needed by the team
• Able to explore new technologies be able to bring in new ideas from the industry
• Work closely with the IT Operations team to run products effectively on a day to day basis i.e. have tracking, reporting, security and operational tools integrated and working
• General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy. specific knowledge of the business requirements responsibilities preferred
