Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical L1 Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for functional support and potential to handle basic technical support, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally. This role requires a combination of at least basic pharmaceutical knowledge, logical thinking, and business analysis skills to not only resolve immediate customer concerns but also identify patterns, suggest improvements, and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis or system workflows.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
