Job Description

Network Engineer L1 have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

oInstalling, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices such as Router, Switches, Access Point and Wireless Controller etc.

oGoing to the sites for installation and configuration of network devices.

oPlan, design, test & implement networks/solutions based on industry leading best practices & products.oShall understand and well document client requirements.

oValidate and communicate designs and re-design as per client requirements for enhancements considering best practices & organization compliance & security policies.

oDevelops and improves project-related documents with any required technical architecture diagrams. These documents might include High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Migration Plan, Test Plan, Methods of Procedures, Network Implementation Plan, As-Built guide, etc...

oExperience in Network implementation, Positive customer service attitude with excellent soft skills.

oTroubleshoot & resolve issues reported by clients/users in timely manner.

oCoordinating with IT staff to implement approved software patches & upgrades on servers or workstations, network devices.

oProvide documentation & training to on-ground technical staff for installations, provision & troubleshooting related cases.

oEnsure documentation of all routine works and user complaints along with resolution steps in detail.

Required

BS/B.E degree in Computers Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology or relevant field

Experience:

ADNOC 5G: 5 years (Preferred) WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, Wireless, Security, VoIP, : 5 years (Preferred) Security, VoIP, IPTV/OTT, CCTV, GSM, Cloud & Virtualization.: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

CCNP/HCNP Enterprise certified (Preferred) * CCIE and HCIE (Preferred)
