We are now looking for a 2nd Level Red hat OpenShift Operations professional. This job role is responsible for Technical Lead responsible for management, and execution of OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do

• Lead domain from customer-site as well as managing offshore team for ensuring production system performance and stability.
• Participation in customer\xe2\x80\x99s projects activities related to OpenShift Container Platform Redhat / Nokia / Ericsson / Huawei Cloud/NFV/SDN projects
• Understand how Redhat / Nokia / Ericsson products integrate in customer\xe2\x80\x99s environment
• Manage customer technical requests and regularly update customer on progress
• Maintain the stability and performance of the cloud platform.
• Provide an effective 360-degree feedback on the ailing elements in the current solution and co-ordinate with Design team/L3/ Vendor to fix them

You will bring

• Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum years of relevant experience: 6+ years of experience in OpenShift Container Platform Redhat / Nokia / Ericsson / Huawei Cloud/NFV/SDN projects
• Expertise in NFV, SDN and Cloud concepts linked with virtualization, containerization, docker, Kubernetes POD\xe2\x80\x99S, practical experience, 5+ years is required
• Expertise in Cloud Management Systems, Virtual Infrastructure Management systems and Cloud Infrastructure Management Systems is required, including hardware knowledge on chassis, blades, RAC mounts
• Technical and practical knowledge on Openstack, RHEL
• Expertise in HEAT/HOT, Ansible, Mistral concepts
• Knowledge on NOKIA\xe2\x80\x99s CloudBand CBIS, CBAM, CBND, Nuage, is a plus
• Expertise in Containers, Kubernetes and Microservices concepts
• Knowledge of Airframe Hardware
• Good Working knowledge of Cloud Storage Products (Redhat Ceph)
• Familiar with Network Technologies (Switches, Routers, Load Balancers)
• Knowledge of Tools like Zabbix, NetAct
• Scripting Knowledge via Bash, Python, Ansible
• Own the key tasks of the job as System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for Telco Cloud solution.
• Certifications of Linux System admin , Docker and Redhat OpenShift " is mandatory
