Job Description

Key Responsibilities
File Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough remediation reviews of existing customer files, identifying gaps, discrepancies, or missing documentation related to KYC, CDD, and EDD requirements. Due Diligence Execution: Perform end-to-end CDD and EDD for high-risk and complex client types (e.g., Trusts, Funds, PEPs, high-net-worth individuals, complex corporate structures). This includes identifying and verifying Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) and Source of Wealth/Source of Funds (SOW/SOF). Information Sourcing: Utilize internal systems and external public/proprietary databases (e.g., World-Check, OFAC sanctions lists, adverse media searches) to gather and validate customer information. Documentation: Accurately document all findings, data updates, and the rationale for risk classifications in the appropriate client management systems, creating a clear and robust audit trail. Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with the Front Office/Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues related to client data collection and file completeness. Escalation and Reporting: Identify and promptly escalate complex or high-risk issues, potential money laundering suspicions, and non-responsive clients to senior management or the AML Compliance Officer. Process Improvement: Participate in efforts to enhance the remediation processes, controls, and associated documentation to improve efficiency and maintain compliance standards.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
