Role Summary

Core Duties

• Oversee and approve onboarding and periodic verification of commercial clients
• Review submitted profiles to ensure completeness and compliance with internal protocols
• Evaluate customer risk based on operational exposure, reputation, and documentation quality
• Provide internal advisory on documentation guidelines, screening procedures, and risk control measures
• Collaborate with relationship teams and backend operations to ensure aligned processing
• Maintain updated procedural documents, internal reference guides, and tracking reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance operations through digital initiatives
• Escalate cases requiring higher-level review to relevant governance departments
• Support internal reporting metrics and track resolution timelines

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar field
• At least 1 year of experience in a banking or financial review role focused on commercial accounts
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and internal risk assessment practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and analytical thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to coordinate across departments and resolve issues independently
• Professional certifications in ethical banking or regulatory compliance are preferred
