Review, monitor and advice on financial stability and budget management of DDI. Drive financial operations of DDI by supervising and enabling efficiency in tasks
Responsibilities
Provide supporting documentation and assistance to external auditors
Coordinate with the related departments to meet auditor requirement
Retrieve system reports for analysis and initiate process controls
Coordinate and resolve various issues with bank such as cleared check differences, bank fees and balance calculations
Supervision of payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements for Management approval
Check, verify and post revenue transactions
Supervision of monthly management report, worksheets, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance analysis
Assist in completion of regulatory filing, in compliance with KFAS requirements
Test and assist in giving final approval for system reports required for management
Ensure compliance with legal requirements
Provide inputs to department’s goal setting and work plans
Serve as a reference point in managing trouble shooting issues
Update job knowledge, by participating in educational training courses, maintaining personal network and joining professional organizations
Any other duties as assigned by Manager
Required Skills and Expertise:
Relevant experience of 8 years
Previous experience in driving key tasks to assess financial stability of the company
Ability to work with other departments in a seamless manner to achieve company objectives
Other Comments:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
