Kuwait: Hair Salon Staff Required:

(Female, Turkish Candidates Only)

-Expert Hairdresser / Stylist (Female)

-Hairdressing Assistant (Female)

Location: Kuwait, we have two branches in Salmiya and Shaab

Welcoming customers and identifying their preferences by asking pointed questions.

Recommending hairstyles and haircuts according to customers' face shapes and tastes.

Washing, rinsing and drying clients' hair using appropriate shampoos and conditioners (e.g. for oily hair or dry scalps).

Cut, trim and shave hair using professional equipment.

Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques, like highlights, ombre and balayage.

Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks, including braids, ponytails and buns.

Apply hair treatment products, as needed (e.g. color protection creams and hydrating masks).

Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences.

Requirements:

Nationality of staff accepted: Turkish Candidates.

Languages Required: English.

Female only as working in an all female salon.

Work experience as a Hairstylist, Hairdresser, Colorist or similar role.

Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers.

Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques.

Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths (e.g. braids and top knots).

Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing.

Up-to-date with industry trends. Hours:

-First 6 months: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (it contains 8 working hours + training and break).

-After 6 months: 9 hours (8 working hours + 1 hour break).

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Length of contract: 2 years contract.

Package: Once we choose the right candidate we will issue her with a visa, plus book her flight ticket to come to Kuwait, plus issue her work permit. We provide the candidates with accommodation for the first 6 months and it will be near the Salon, after the 6 months the candidates will be looking for their own accommodation and we will provide them with 100 KWD allowance.

Salary per month:

-Hairdresser Assistant between 400 KWD to 600 KWD.

-Expert Hairdresser/Stylist starting from 500 KWD - depends on the experience and her work.

Interview Notes: The interview will be face to face in Turkey. The salon owner will be visiting Turkey to meet candidates in person and to evaluate each candidates work.
