1. Assisting in the development and implementation of business development strategies, identifying Korea market opportunities, and analyzing the competitive landscape.


2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and industry influencers.


3. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business plans.


4. Providing support for sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, proposal development, and campaign execution.


5. Tracking and analyzing business development metrics, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement.


6. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the business development function.

1. University degree or above.


2. Having experience in beauty and retail industry, in particular to beauty, is a plus.


3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


6. Strong organizational and time management skills.


7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


8. Fluent in both English and Korean (written & spoken).


9. Must hold a valid passport and be eligible to travel to South Korea and other APAC countries and Europe without restrictions.
