About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Korean-speaking Customer Support representative to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to start a career in customer support and provide exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean, providing accurate and timely support.
Assist customers with questions about products, services, and accounts.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:
Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer support role.
Availability to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah, 24/7 rotation shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
