You'll act as a strategic bridge between Korean principals and international distributors, ensuring brand consistency, market relevance, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on
Korean beauty brand positioning
, storytelling, and market adaptation
Support
brand launch strategies
, distribution planning, and go-to-market execution
Provide insights on
K-Beauty trends
, formulations, packaging, and consumer behavior
Review and guide
marketing materials, product claims, and brand communication
Coordinate with internal teams on product portfolios, pricing strategy, and promotions
Assist in presentations, pitch decks, and brand proposals for partners and retailers
Ensure brand alignment with global and regional market expectations
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Korean beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care
Strong understanding of
K-Beauty brands, trends, and market dynamics
Experience working with
international markets, distributors, or retail partners
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Korean language is a strong advantage)
Ability to work
independently and remotely
with cross-functional teams
