, an online school, is seeking a

Knowledge Hub Science Learning Coach

to work in our Knowledge Hub in Dubai Knowledge Park. This is a full-time position. Qualified applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and have demonstrated experience working with students in an educational setting. The hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Thursday and 7:00am - 12:00 noon on Friday.

The

Knowledge Hub Science Learning Coach's responsibilities

will include:

Follow the iCademy curriculum in its entirety for assigned grade levels and utilize available platform resources. Prepare for the school day by reviewing the advance preparation tab to ensure familiarity with scheduled tasks and learning objectives. Facilitate and guide students through their daily learning routines at the Knowledge Hub. Provide academic support by reviewing teacher feedback, offering explanations, and working one-on-one with students when needed. Support students in improving study habits and encouraging active participation in live sessions, clubs, virtual field trips, and other enrichment opportunities. Communicate regularly with students' legal guardians regarding attendance, academic progress, and performance. Manage classroom behavior by establishing and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment with clear expectations. Foster and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and supervisors. Participate in conferences and collaborate with teachers and Academic Advisors to develop and support individual learning plans. Prepare and organize science lab materials in collaboration with other Science Learning Coaches and design a hands-on science program to complement the online curriculum. Assist students and fellow Learning Coaches with science-related content and questions. Adhere to iCademy's Parent-Student Handbook policies and procedures. Check school email at least twice daily. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

5 years' minimum experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience High School teaching qualifications are a must Preferable Science major Native (or near native) English speaker Experience tutoring or teaching children Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
