We are looking for a Site Manager to manage implementation and optimization of projects from the field at customer sites. Candidate should be flexible to travel and stay away from home country for extended periods and work on alcoholic projects.
Your tasks
- Provide continuous on-site supervision of project installation and commissioning to meet schedule, quality, and customer expectation.
- Lead, support, manage and coordinate with field technicians, consultation of technical service and engineering groups, and installation subcontractors
- Direct and coordinate execution phase of project management with the customer from project site with tasks including planning, procurement, project execution, and acceptance / closeout phases
- Identify and implement required mechanical and electrical installation / equipment modifications in a technical manner
- Involve an active mind, judgment and analytical thinking with cost saving opportunities in mind while satisfying the project deliverables and / or customer needs
- Perform variety of onsite project management tasks during the installation, testing, commissioning, acceptance and closeout phases for large bottling projects
- Manage and close the open point list together with the Project Manager
- Compile daily onsite project reporting and organize meetings with the team and with the customer
Your profile
- Engineering graduate with 5 to 7 years of service experience in the beverage or similar industry
- Strong Technical Problem-Solving Capabilities
- Process technology and functional special purpose machinery knowledge
- A good team player
- Ability as a strong decision maker (leadership) to assess and analyze project situations for the best possible outcome with projects goals in mind
- Excellent customer orientation skills
- Time and self-management
- Coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent Communication skills, written and fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of MS office applications and other ERP systems
- Valid driving license
- No obstacles in travelling for extended periods
