To play a key role in supporting the LCS sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The primary responsibility will be to manage administrative and support tasks to help the team achieve its objectives.
Your tasks
Analysis of previous Sales Order intake Data LCS.
Map out the current Sales structure in Africa based on workload and machine base.
Daily follow up of the overdue Opportunities in the system.
Create new Sales reports LCS initiated by the Head of LCS Sales, MEA.
Provide administrative and analytical insights support to the team.
Organize and schedule key internal and external meetings as required by the Head of LCS Sales, MEA.
Coordinate and consolidate reporting as required by the Head of LCS Sales, MEA.
Any additional duties as and when required to support the team.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
Proficient in MS Office applications, PBI
Analytical and conceptual skills
Strong time management, and problem-solving skills
High degree of initiative, self-organisation and communication.
