The role ensures effective manpower utilization, compliance with food safety standards, and seamless coordination between all kitchen sections for efficient service delivery.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (preferred)
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in kitchen operations or control roles
Prior experience managing kitchen staff across multiple sections
