Kitchen Technician
Job Description
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities (PPM), including work orders, equipment histories, and performance reports in line with company standards and procedures.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards always
Possess in-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment's installations, maintenance and Repairing covered under the job scope.
Utilize diagnostic tools such as manifold gauges, clamp meters, and leak detectors effectively
Proficient in PCB repair, including calculating resistance (R,P,V,I).
Diagnose and resolve faults in Kitchen Equipment systems including Hot and Cold, Gas/Electric Operated Equipment issues
Familiar with materials and components used in electrical, electronic, refrigeration, and LPG gas systems.
Experienced in maintaining refrigeration and cooling systems, including cold rooms, freezers, chillers, ice cube makers, and ice cream machines.
Coordinate with peers and supervisors on complex technical issues and team-based tasks

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
