About The Role:

Kitchen Technicians within our technical team oversee the a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances We're looking for candidates with demonstrated experience within the below areas:

Knowledge of repairing and maintenance of of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers Carry out installation of new equipment and change defective parts Experience in soldering and blazing skills for refrigeration maintenance works / installation of compressor Ability to optimize the PPM operation to avoid down time
We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably 5 years and above. To be successful in an Kitchen Technician role you need to be fluent and confident in carrying out maintenance and repair functions, diagnosing trouble and taking corrective action. You will have solid experience and sound understanding of your trade and be able to work independently. You possess the ability to methodically follow through with tasks and at the same time deliver high level of service to Catering & Restaurant guests and other colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
