Kitchen Technician
Job Description
Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, and ventilation systems
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems in kitchen equipment
Replace faulty parts and components in a timely manner to minimize downtime
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to schedule maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption to operations
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards during all service tasks
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed
Provide technical support and training to kitchen staff on proper equipment use and care
Source and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for repairs
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests
Follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices for installation and repairs
Assist in upgrading or installing new kitchen equipment as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,800.00 per month
