o Adhere To The Rules And Regulations Of \xe2\x80\x98EGA\xe2\x80\x99, And All Its Related Managerial Standards. o Communicates And Collaborates With The Kitchen Manager To Plan Well-Balanced Meals With Minimal Food Waste. o Assists With Managing All Incoming And Outgoing Food. o Weighs And Logs All Incoming/Outgoing Food And Records On The In-Kinds Tracking Form. o Ensures All Incoming Food Is Correctly Stored In Appropriate Location (Pantry, Freezer, Walk-In), And Maintains Continuous Inventory Of Food And Supplies; Reports Shortages To Kitchen Head Chef. o Assisting With The Management Of Health And Safety. o Assisting With The Management Of Food Hygiene Practices. o Ensures To Monitor His Direct Reports On The Opening Procedures Through The Use Of A Checklist. o Checks The Cooking & Reheating Items, And Reports It To His / Her Superior To Log It In The Daily Logbook; o Supports The Daily Operation During Rush Hours, And Handles Any Section In Case Of Staff Shortage. o Receives Raw Materials From Suppliers And Checks On The Temperature, Quality & Quantity Of The Received Items Whether They Are Equal To The Rm Requested; And Makes Sure That All Products Are Entered To The Stock As Per FIFO-FEFO Methods (Supervisor Duty). o Fills The Daily Logbook And Submits It To His/ Her Superior (Supervisor Duty). o Checks The Sections Of All The Team Members In Terms Of Portioning, Items Filling & Preparation As Per The Par Level Preparation List Vs. FIFO-FEFO Methods During Opening. o Checks The Stations Of All Team Members In Terms Of Quality, Labels & Expiry Date Of Products And Reports It To His Direct Report o Presents Wastage & Transfer To Other Departments Reports To His/Her Direct Manager. o Supports His / Her Superior In The Physical Inventory & Daily Inventory. o Supports His / Her Superior In Case Needed To Assemble The Food Items On The Pass & Coordinates With The Food Dispatcher Accordingly; o Advises, Coaches & Trains His / Her Team Members Continuously. o Checks His/ Her Personal Hygiene On A Daily Basis. o Ensures All Team Members Are Following The Closing Procedures Through The Use Of Checklist; o Make Sure That All Members Are Producing The Best Items With Best Timing & Presentation As Per \xe2\x80\x98EGA\xe2\x80\x99 Standards. o Serves As A Role Model, Provides A Positive Work Environment And Learning Experience In The Kitchen. o Follows Up On The Induction Program Of New Joiners, And Provides Feedback Accordingly. o Performs Other Related Tasks As Required From Management.
