Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery promptly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and kitchen surfaces at all times.
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in accordance with hygiene standards.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries in proper storage areas.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow company hygiene and safety guidelines.
Support chefs and kitchen staff as required during busy service periods.
Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper
preferred.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering operations.
Basic English communication skills.
