Job Description

Cleaning and Sanitizing

: Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas.

Dishwashing

: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils either by hand or using industrial dishwashers.

Stock Management

: Handling and organizing kitchen supplies, such as food ingredients, utensils, and cleaning products.

Supporting Kitchen Staff

: Assisting chefs and cooks as needed, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.

Maintenance

: Keeping kitchen equipment in good working condition and reporting any maintenance issues.

Safety and Hygiene

: Following health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and adherence to sanitation standards.
