Position Overview
The Queen Elizabeth II Hotel in Dubai is hiring a Kitchen Steward to support the smooth operation of its F&B outlets by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in kitchen and service areas. Core Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen equipment, ensuring proper storage
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces in kitchens, restaurants, and bars
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas
• Transport used linen to and from the laundry or housekeeping sections
• Assist with unloading deliveries and storing stock in designated areas
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in compliance with hotel policies
• Support kitchen and service teams by ensuring a ready supply of clean items
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality preferred
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Physically fit to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Hospitality background is an advantage
