Core Duties

• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment, ensuring safe use and reporting faults when required.
• Wash, clean, and return kitchen items to designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, stoves, cupboards, storage racks, and other fixtures.
• Use cleaning materials and chemicals properly and safely.
• Dispose of kitchen refuse correctly, keep bins clean, and ensure refuse areas remain hygienic.
• Support with kitchen safety measures and follow all health and safety procedures.
• Carry out additional cleaning or support tasks as directed by supervisors.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in kitchen stewarding or a similar role in hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Courteous, cooperative, and able to follow instructions effectively.
