Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler experienced in commercial kitchen projects. The ideal candidate knows how to use Revit and work in a BIM collaborative environment and will have daily experience on BIM360 and BIM modeling. The candidate will be familiar with different brands of kitchen equipment and will be able to develop MIDP, kitchen layouts, equipment lists, MEP schedules, MEP services rough-in layouts all in Revit. The candidate will report to the Project Manager and be well organized, well spoken, confident and presentable. Key Responsibilities:

• Create a kitchen equipment layout and an itemized equipment list.
• Develop kitchen equipment layouts from concept stage to detailed design stage.
• Develop MEP load schedules and MEP rough-in drawings such as electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, and internal walls.
• Attend meetings and present work to the project team as well as Clients
• Report to the PM and prepare a project tracker for each project that includes the progress and status of the tasks and delivery dates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling and BIM collaboration
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in kitchen planning and laundry layout engineering.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment brands, MEP systems and technical data related to kitchen, laundry and waste layouts.
• Proficient in Revit and BIM360, knowledgeable about BIM LoDs, BEP, MIDP etc.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be a UAE resident. Preference will be given to candidates on self-sponsorship / father\'s visa / husband\'s visa.
